Poor design
Not impressed with design as you have to hold it open. It closes by itself. Can't see this lasting long at all. It also arrive dry or very little ink on pad, with note included that said something like you can purchase new ink pads. I just bought entire stamp should not have to replace pad upon first usage!

Did not read the details carefully
I guess I was in too big a hurry & misread the details about the style of this item. I have to close it to re-ink the label every time I use it.

Unhappy results
I ordered this stamp and it came quick enough but the size was not as I had sent over in the JPG. The type was reduced to 5 or 6 points and it needed to be regular 12 points.

Great Product and Quick Service
This is a lovely product and shipping was very quick. Portable, compact and easy to use. I find it much simpler than printing labels, although I do still use those. I am extremely satisfied with this stamp and my custom stamp, and will return again for future needs. Thank you, RubberStamps!
