Yes! RubberStamps.net allows free logo and artwork uploads at no additional charge. We accept most raster image formats including PNG, JPG, and BMP. Simply use our online customization tool to upload your design and preview it instantly.

Custom embossers ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (domestic only). We are located in Davenport, Iowa and hand craft each embosser with care.

For most uses including books, envelopes and standard documents, the 1.5 inch round embosser ($40.95) is ideal. Choose the 2 inch round embosser ($46.95) for larger impressions on logos, certificates and awards. The 1" x 2" rectangular embosser ($40.95) works best for address blocks and multi-line text.

Orientation determines how the embosser approaches the paper. Choose "Bottom" for envelope flaps and certificate bottoms (most popular). Choose "Top" for letterheads and stationery headers. Choose "Left" or "Right" for book pages and bound documents. We offer all four orientation options for round embossers.

Our embossers work best on paper up to 20lb Bond, 50lb Text, 28lb Cover, or 80 GSM. Standard copy paper and most stationery work perfectly. Heavier cardstock may produce lighter impressions. We recommend testing on similar paper before embossing important documents.

Keep your embosser clean, dry and locked when not in use. Wipe the embossing plates with a soft, dry cloth as needed to remove paper dust. Store in a cool, dry, secure location. No lubrication is required. With proper care, your custom embosser will provide crisp impressions for years.
